CHARACTERISTICS - White Star is a balanced blend of the three wine varieties, revealing a harmonious succession of sensations, a soft maturity, and elegant lines.
COMPONENTS - Approximately 200 individual crus make up this cuvèe. The traditional proportions for White Stare are: 35-40% Pinot Noir, 45-50% Pinot Meunier, 10-15% Chardonnay, 30% vins de réserve
COLOR - Golden yellow with shades of amber
AROMA - Soft and mature aroma of white fruits, like peaches and pears, and hints of nuts
